7. Type: copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe and then press Enter.
8. Remove your Windows 10 disc and type: wpeutil reboot. Then press Enter to restart the computer.
9. PC restarts and loads your Windows 10 normally. When the login screen appears, click Ease of Access to open command window.
10. To unlock your Windows 10 administrator password, type “net user administrator Pass123” and then press Enter. The administrator password will be changed to Pass123.
11. Now close command window and then you can unlock the Windows 10 admin account with the new password!
